About the role

We’re seeking an experienced Training Coordinator for a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. This is a full‑time role to support our Manufacturing and Maintenance teams by managing training compliance, coordination and competency records across site operations.

This role plays a key part in ensuring legislative, WHS and organisational training requirements are met, working closely with operational leaders, HSEQ and external training providers.

Key responsibilities

  • To develop and maintain accurate, auditable training records and systems to support the Manufacturing and Maintenance teams
  • To ensure compliance with legislative, WHS and organisational training requirements
  • To assist with the planning, coordination and scheduling of effective training delivery and to ensure all required training is undertaken in association with recognised providers
  • To assist with the development of procedures and work instructions, including documentation to verify completion and competency

The successful candidate will have

  • Relevant qualification in Training and Assessing or demonstrated equivalent experience coordinating training and competency requirements in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and apply competency based training and regulatory training requirements relevant to operational roles
  • A demonstrated ability in meeting regulatory and organisational administrative and record keeping standards
  • Knowledge of compliance and qualification frameworks
  • Experience in planning and coordinating training programs
  • Experience in training and writing procedures
  • Demonstrated ability in working with internal and external training providers and assessing
